Irina was born in the Siberian city of Kansk on April 17, 1976 in the family of two then-young people Larisa and Alexei.

In those days, there were no computers and agencies that would print beautiful posters, and for each holiday, my mother herself drew beautiful huge postcards to congratulate the team. Irina was fascinated by looking at how beautifully she did it.

So she began to draw. She designed newspapers and congratulations at school. Later I learned about preparatory courses at an art school and began, in secret, from their parents to attend them. Irina had poor eyesight, and the ophthalmologist did not give her a reference to attend classes at an art school. Due to the fact that Irina grew up as an active child and went to all possible circles of additional education, her parents thought that Irina also attended a theater, then a puppet, or some other group.

So passed a year of classes by Irina Zhukovskaya and successful exams in the first grade of art school. Parents had to tell everything, the school agreed to accept it without a certificate from an ophthalmologist. Mom and Dad gave up. So Irina Zhukovskaya entered the children's art school.

She finished it, and Irina underwent eye surgery, significantly correcting myopia.

Then there was a college education in the city of Krasnoyarsk, specializing in "fashion designer – constructor." Here, the "special drawing" became a favorite subject. The graphics were especially favorite. Many of Irina's works remained in the fund of the educational institution.

Upon her return to her hometown, there was an unsuccessful marriage, which lasted 3.5 years, as a result of which Irina was left alone with two wonderful babies: a son and a daughter.

The beginning of the 2000s was a difficult one. Irina was completely engaged in small children, work and there was no time for creativity.

Children grew up wonderful and wise, with the time of their growing up, Irina began to have a little free time, and she completely devoted it to her favorite business – graphics. After all, materials for her did not need a lot of money.

The first exhibition, was the first invitation to the Art Festival in the Czech Republic. Further more: Irina began to allocate funds from a modest family budget for canvas and oil.

So appeared the publication of her paintings in collections of "Russian Art". Continuing to participate in annual exhibitions, Irina Zhukovskaya visited with new paintings in Prague, Psherov. Later in Lacoste and Brussels.

These works by pastel, helium pens, charcoal, acrylic and oil were still a search for herself on her creative path.

Minimalism, abstraction, surrealism, all this fascinated Irina. She likes to paint pictures with meaning. Creativity should encourage the viewer to stop, think, pause for contemplation and reflection.

Three years ago, one of the works of Irina Zhukovskaya, “Angel of Aircraft”, was included in the international project “Angels of the World”.

The closest in spirit among the artists for Irina was Rene Magritte. She dreams of returning to Brussels again to visit the museum with his paintings.

Now Irina’s whole life is her matured children, her main work as a source of income for life and creativity, and of course, the endless thoughts and impressions that give rise to more and more new paintings.

Ирина родилась в сибирском городе Канск 17 апреля 1976 года в семье двух молодых тогда людей Ларисы и Алексея.

В те времена не было компьютеров и агентств, которые печатали бы красивые плакаты, и на каждый праздник мама сама рисовала красивые огромные открытки для поздравления коллектива. Ирину увлекало разглядывание того, как красиво она это делала.

Так и стала рисовать. Оформляла газеты и поздравления в школе. Позже узнала о подготовительных курсах в художественной школе и стала, в тайне, от родителей их посещать. У Ирины было плохое зрение, и врач-офтальмолог не давал ей справки для посещения занятий в художественной школе. Из-за того, что Ирина росла активным ребёнком и ходила во все возможные кружки дополнительного образования, родители думали, что Ирина также посещает то театральный, то кукольный, то ещё какой-нибудь кружок.

Так прошёл год занятий Ирины Жуковской и успешные экзамены в первый класс художественной школы. Родителям пришлось всё рассказать, в школе согласились принять ее без справки от офтальмолога. Мама и папа сдались. Так Ирина Жуковская поступила в детскую художественную школу.

Закончила её, и Ирине сделали операцию на глаза, значительно исправив близорукость.

Потом было обучение в колледже в городе Красноярск по специальности «модельер – конструктор». Здесь любимым предметом стал «спецрисунок». Особо любимой была графика. Многие работы Ирины остались в фонде учебного заведения.

По возвращению в родной город было неудачное замужество, которое продлилось 3.5 года, в результате которого Ирина осталась одна с двумя чудесными малышами: сыном и дочерью.

Начало двухтысячных годов было сложным. Ирина полностью занималась маленькими детьми, работой и на творчество не было времени.

Дети росли чудесными и мудрыми, со временем их взросления, у Ирины стало появляться немного свободного времени, и его она полностью посвящала любимому делу – графике. Ведь на материалы для неё не нужно было много денег.
