Шила Раджа – доктор философии, доцент Иллинойсского университета в Чикаго. Она завершила постдокторантуру в Национальном центре посттравматических стрессовых расстройств и является национально признанным экспертом в последствиях травм для здоровья и подходах к оказанию медицинской помощи с учетом полученных травм. Среди других ее книг – «Преодоление травмы и посттравматического стрессового расстройства», «Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство: справочник по выживанию для подростков» и «Тетрадь для работы с сексуальной травмой для девочек-подростков».
